Just around the corner in May is National Osteoporosis Prevention Month!

This is a great time to get in check with your calcium intake, lifestyle and overall bone health. Weaker bones are a natural sign of aging but we can embrace and put our knowledge to power and give our bones best health for the future.
Here are some of our favorite tips!
Get enough calcium and vitamin D and have a well balanced diet
Engage in regular exercise
Limit alcohol to 2-3 drinks per day
Avoid smoking
Eat foods packed with nutrients and good for bone health such as fruits and vegetables
