Claire Gidaly, RD, LDN

Claire is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist  (LDN) and provides virtual services for MSC Nutrition. She attended University of Delaware where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics. Claire completed her Dietetic Internship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital in New York, New York. Her clinical rotations were completed at Weill Cornell Medical Center, Columbia University Medical Center, and Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital. 

Claire has worked as Clinical Dietitian for several years where she worked within the inpatient & outpatient hospital setting, providing medical nutrition therapy for patients of all ages. Her area of specialties include disordered eating, weight management, and general wellness. 

Claire’s nutrition philosophy focuses on a non- diet approach with the goal to help clients achieve realistic & sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes. Diets come and go, however healthy and intelligent eating is an art that can be acquired with the proper coaching and resources.

Laurie Conteh, MS, RD, LDN, CEDRD-S, PMP

Laurie is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist  (LDN). She is licensed in North Carolina and West Virginia. She attended Florida State for undergrad and received her Masters from North Carolina Central University. She has a certificate of weight management for both adult and pediatrics, journal publications, and was awarded Young Dietitian of the Year (NC, 2011). 

She has worked in the clinical and outpatient settings and has a vast amount of knowledge in mindful, sustainable nutrition. She practices under the belief that nutrition should be easy for anyone and balance is the key.

Natalie Blazevich, RD, LDN

Natalie Blazevich, is a Registered Dietitian from Pittsburgh, Pa. She earned her bachelor’s of science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed her dietetic internship at Duke University Hospital. In addition, Natalie also possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Duquesne University.

Natalie is a multi-passionate person and has found that she loves different aspects of nutrition and hospitality. She has worked in counseling, marketing, nutritional sales, and assisted in menu development for a new local restaurant in Pittsburgh!

 

Natalie has a very enthusiastic and compassionate personality that thrives off connecting with people. She is passionate about helping people reach their goals and believes that everyone has the power to reach their greatest potential. Natalie is determined to help people improve their relationship with food by listening to her clients, helping them to find the root of the issue, and assisting them in creating a lifestyle change. She believes that food should be enjoyed, not feared or restricted. And she works with her clients to help them achieve a healthy balance that is right for them.

 

In her free time, Natalie is a regular at the gym and enjoys various fitness classes, as well as hiking & biking. She also loves cooking and baking, traveling and exploring new restaurants, and reading and writing.
