Plan ahead. If you know you will be out and about all day bring snacks with you and make sure to make nutrition a priority. Skipping meals and snacks can lead to more stress and low energy. Let's fuel properly for the fun!
Schedule activity and make this a priority. This may mean scheduling personal training sessions or literally having "work out" on your daily schedule. Activity is not only healthy for us physically but mentally as well.
Get social. Have a strong network of friends and family you enjoy talking with and spending time. Socializing is shown to increase our brain health and who couldn't use this.
