Conquering the Quarantine

There are so many things going on today and making a substantial change in our normal routine. How do you best stay on track with your health during this time?!?!?


  1. Create a schedule. Have you ever heard the saying “ Failing to plan or plan to fail.“ Any structure you can plan will help!

  2. Practice mindfulness. When our emotions run high our nutrition can get out of control. Try to identify hunger levels before eating. Food is fuel.

  3. Get outdoors. This in itself can be a stress reliever and You can get your daily dose of Vitamin D. Did you know some research says Vitamin D helps improve mood?!?!

  4. Stay active. Try to keep up with your daily activity and create new goals for yourself. There are a ton of online at home exercises and virtual classes to try.

  5. Be grateful. Be thankful for what you do have and not what you don’t. Everyday we have a choice, focus on what you do have or on what you don’t. One will bring you up and the other likely not. What do you choose?!?!
