Consistency is Key

Have you ever started a new food trend or pattern in an effort to increase your health? Were you able to follow it consistently? Do you still follow it?

If you answered no to any of these questions, it was probably a fad or phase and not the most healthy option. In order to get best and long lasting results, consistency is key!

On of our favorite sayings is, if you cannot do it for life, you should think twice! In order to do it for life, you must be consistent.

Next time you hear a catchy commercial promoting health goals or read an intriguing article with promising results, ask yourself, can I be consistent with this, can I do this for life. If this answer is no, it needs to go! :-)
